1. Introduction and Agreement Acknowledgment

By accessing and using the Mindly Education platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the platform immediately.

All information entered during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.

Personal Account: It is strictly forbidden to share your login credentials with anyone else.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. If account sharing is detected, the platform reserves the right to terminate it permanently without compensation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the platform (videos, PDF files, tests, designs) is the exclusive property of Mindly Education and is protected by international copyright laws.

Strictly Prohibited: Screen recording, downloading content through unofficial methods, re-publishing, or using it for commercial purposes outside the platform.

4. Payment and Subscription Policy

Prescribed course fees are paid via the payment methods available within the platform.

Once a course is activated and a portion of it is viewed, the user is not entitled to claim a refund except in special technical cases as determined by the platform management.

The platform has the right to change course prices or provide offers for limited periods.

5. Rules of Conduct and Discipline

Mutual respect must be observed in discussion areas and comments.

It is forbidden to post any offensive, political, or advertising content within the platform.

6. Disclaimer

The platform makes every effort to ensure service stability, but it is not responsible for any temporary interruption due to maintenance work or internet failures on the user's side.

The platform provides educational tools, but academic results depend primarily on the student's diligence and follow-up.

Mindly Education reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through an in-platform notification.
